election. >> wouldn't call it welcome. >> reporter: the fbi uncovered hundreds, if not thousands of emails between petraeus and his biographer, paula broadwell, many of them say layious in nature. general allen received an email traced back to broadwell. he told jill kelly about it which may have triggered the investigation. >> new details surrounding that affair comes to light, a look at the fbi's handling of the case. nancy pelosi was briefed by petraeus' replacement mike morrell many said they were surprised they weren't told but many experts said the fbi did the right thing. it's impacting the investigation

evening. any time anywhere you can check. down load that. you can get the radar 24/7. >> a man make as bomb threat over skype. >> and it was made from his shed. brian kuebler is here with what he said. >> reporter: 24-year-old aaron david wyatt was arrested in his shed after a tip to limits aaron was skyping with another person when he threatened to detonate a bo. the person on the other line saw the bomb hang material in the skype shot and tipped off police. when authorities arrived, they found him in his shed on skype and arrested him without incident. turns out the bomb was fake and wyatt is charged with threatening with a fake device.

>> it's not something that officers encounter every day where somebody is skyping, if you will, or using face time. this is a web world we live. you can almost project these are the type of situation that is may arise in the future. >> anne arundel county said even though the bomb was fake they had to take all of these threats seriously. wyatt remains in jail on a $35,000 bond. >> tonight route 32 has reopened after it was closed following a deadly crash. 68-year-old michael dumonceau died. a flatbed truck near 108 and clarksville slid into the northbound traffic when the driver slammed into the brakes. the driver of the truck, his name is robert noddy.
